Q: When I save the file in our folder all the icons stop showing. I placed a image folder in our IE folder and still no icons are showing.
A: You should check all your paths.
Please, check that you have correct paths in the tmenuItems. Forexample:
["|Samples", "", "icon3_s.gif", "icon3_so.gif", "", "Samples Tip"],
["||Sample 1", "testlink.htm", "iconarrs.gif"],
["||Sample 2", "testlink.htm", "iconarrs.gif"],
["||Sample 3", "testlink.htm", "iconarrs.gif"],
["||Sample 4", "testlink.htm", "iconarrs.gif"],
You can also try to use the following parameter:
var tpathPrefix_img = "img/";
Q: We purchased your menu about 2 months ago and were curious if your menu has scrollable Sub-Menus or Scrollable Flyouts?
This is when you have a long sub-menu item and the user can click on up or down arrows on the menu fly-out to scroll to the next item.
If you are unclear as to what I am talking please let me know as I have seen this functionality in many popular DHTML Menus
A: Deluxe Tree doesn't have scrollable submenus. You should scroll yourwindow to see the whole menu.
We have smart scrollable feature in Deluxe Menu

Q: I cannot see the arrow.gif's in my rollover drop down menu.
Here is my code:
var arrowImageMain=["menudir/arrow_main3.gif","menudir/arrow_main3.gif"];
var arrowWidthSub=0;
var arrowHeightSub=0;
var arrowImageSub=["menudir/arrow_sub5.gif","menudir/arrow_sub4.gif"];
Do I need to put the arrow's somewhere else?
A: You should check the following parameter:
var pathPrefix_img="data-samples/images/";
Please check that you have the correct path to your aroows relative to the folder withindex.html file.
For example, you have:
menudir/
menu.js
dmenu.js
arrow_main3.gif
...
index.html
In menu.js file you should write:
var pathPrefix_img="menudir/";
var arrowImageMain=["arrow_main3.gif","arrow_main3.gif"];
var arrowImageSub=["arrow_sub5.gif","arrow_sub4.gif"];
or
var pathPrefix_img="";
var arrowImageMain=["menudir/arrow_main3.gif","menudir/arrow_main3.gif"];
var arrowImageSub=["menudir/arrow_sub5.gif","menudir/arrow_sub4.gif"];
Q: I used the drop menu creator to create a simple tab example, and I created a simple HTML file to display the tabs. It initially appears fine when the page first displays (e.g., the correct div is hidden), but when I *first* click on a tab I always get a javascript error deep in the .js code. Then I click around a bit between the tabs and get some display problems (no more javascript errors though), until finally the show/hide logic recovers and all looks ok.
The error I initially get is something like “tabs[…].id is not an object”. I have the IE7 debugger turned on, otherwise I might not ever see this error.
FYI, I tried your example menus on your web site and everything is fine! Maybe the .js files on your web site are not the same as those created by the generator?
A: You should set the following parameter in drop menu creator:
var bselectedSmItem=0;
