A: You cannot enter Thai characters in Deluxe Tuner. They won't display correctly. You should add these characters manually in any text editor.


Q: We are actually very happy with the product compared to the other options available. The code is cleaner and it is easy to use. We would actually like to continue to use your product but our client uses firefox most of the time and if the javascript onmouseover menu won't go over the java applet it isn't going to work. You mention that you will try to fixthe issue. If you can give me a date to when it would be fixed by, I can try to convince our client to wait.

Q: I am having a lot of trouble trying to get the menu to work properly. I want to make sure that I get it working before I make the licesning purchase.

The menu is to be CSS based but while I have the main menu somewhat in location, none of the settings are correct. Can you help?


A: See, the problem is that the script can't get css properties of the object if they are described in separate .css block (or file).
To get the value you should move .css style into style="POSITION: relative;" attribute.

Please, try to add your
css file -> inline css

Try to write so:
<DIV id=if-navbar style="POSITION: relative;">


Q: Hello I purchased the deluxe menu for single website. I have a mac computer and cant open the exe installation file of drop down menu maker inside of it. Can I get around this problem? Please help asap.
