Q: Is there a way to increase the margin between the text on the main tree menu and the edge of the dhtml menu control. The text appears to be right up against the left margin.

A: You can add   symbol before item's text, for example:

["    Deluxe Tree: XP Style","", "", "", "", "XP Title Tip", "", "0", "0", "", ],

or you can write:

["+<div style='padding-left: 15px;'>Deluxe Tree: XP Style</div>","", "", "", "", "XP Title Tip", "", "0", "0", "", ],

Actually you can use any html code within dhtml menu control items.



Q: I am testing your product, and I would like to know, on the menu can the Plus sign be changed to expand a menu to a pointer or bullet?


A: You can use your own icons instead of Plus sign.

You should use the following parameters:

Q: A few of my users have reported issues with the menu like the one below. Where the drop down menu is just a white box with a little scroll bar in it. Can you please let me know how I might correct it or what is wrong? We are using version 2.4.


A: I've just checked your website. It works fine.

You can have such effect when the page entirely was not loaded yet. So, images were not loaded yet.

If you don't want to have such effect you can try not to use back images for the submenus.


Q: But the program did not except to put another language..when I type on it in Thai nothing happen...But when I change to be enlish then it work.....
or because of this is the trial version ?


A: You cannot enter Thai characters in Deluxe Tuner. They won't display correctly. You should add these characters manually in any text editor.
