Q: I recently purchased Deluxe Menu and I am getting the attached error message every time my cursor passes over the toolbar at thetop of the main program window. Is there a fix?


A: I suppose that you're using Windows 2000.
We have some problems with Tuner on this OS.

Unfortunately we didn't fix the issue with Windows 2000 yet.

Try to delete all content from toolbar.html file.

Q: How do I make the main nav links align left in my horizontal menu (they are center aligned).

A: Try to use the following parameter:

  var itemAlignTop="left";

Q: We'd tried the useIFrame = 1 as well and the issue is fixed but the IE6 shows a "non secure objects over a secure connection" message, it worries me because on one side the problem is solved but on the other hand it generates confusion.

As an alternative we're planning to use the Deluxe navigation tree in order to avoid these overlapping problems, but it doesn't show up in IE7 over W2K3 R2!!

A: Deluxe navigation tree works fine in IE7.

Try to set width and height parameters:

Q: I want to emulate all browsers with the same transition. When mousing over a dhtml pulldown menu - the submenu should appear with no effect.

A: To turn off transitional effects you should set the following parameters:
