Q: Can your dhtml drop down menus work in conjunction with a scroll wheel?

A: You cannot scroll submenus using scroll wheel when you set

  var smSmartScroll=1;

To scroll your submenu you should move your mouse.

But you can use scroll wheel when you set

  var smSmartScroll=0;



Q: I am unable to make content show for each tab in the dhtml tab navigation.
I can make it open a new webpage, but that isnt what I want.
What I want is when the visitor clicks a tab, then content for
that tab shows, on the same page, and the tab menu still there.

There is a portion of my site that is set to produce frames and Iwas wondering if there is more information about setting links in a tree view structure to selected frame pages?

A: You can specify target parameter for each item individually.

For example you can specify the name of the frame in the menuItems where you would liketo open your link:
