Q: We are using the deluxe menu in one of our projects. The menu works well on our integration system but not on our production system.

The only difference is that the integration is running on Tomcat Version 5.5.9 and the production (with the "broken" menu) on Tomcat 5.5.17.

But for me it looks more like a browser problem than a JSP problem.
Unfortunatley the Tomcat 5.5.17 is our production system so fast help is appreciated.


A: Try to set the following parameter:

  var dmObjectsCheck=1;

Make sure that you have dmenu_add.js file in the same folder withdmenu.js file.


Q: I would like insert a menu in a asp webpage, but in this case the accents in the labels are not displayed.

Q: I am having a difficult time trying to integrate your menu into a frame system of my clients. The url that I am testing at is...

A: Please, check dmWorkPath parameter. You should write in the followingway:

Please, notice also that Deluxe Menu can work within 1 frameset only.
It can't work correctly within nested framesets. It is possible that you'll havesome errors.


Q: I am trying the menu and facing one problem…

The text is too large and doesn't wrap around.. instead it makes the javascript left menu wider.

My javascript left menu needs to be 175 px only.. if there are too many characters in the link, I like it to wrap around to the next line…

Any options?

A: You should set the following parameter:

  var noWrap=0;

You can also use standard <br> tags inside item's text:
