A: Try to adjust the following parameters:
var dm_writeAll=0;
var smShowPause=100;
var smHidePause=1000;
var transDuration=150;
var transDuration2=200;
You can also turn off transitional effects
var transition=-1;
Q: I am thinking of purchasing your javascript menu creator. I have a question about a single use license. I have two computers my home desktop and my laptop that I travel with. Since I would be the only user would I be able to put a copy of javascript menu creator on each computer?
A: You can install Deluxe Menus on unlimited number of computers.
With Single Website license your reg. key will work on the registereddomain only.

Q: I now wish to dynamically change the drop down menu in html parameters. For this, I have set the following parameters:

2.Now AFTER initialization, dm_init();, I wish to change the default var itemTarget="Sub_Main";

Unfortunately it is not possible to change drop down menu in html parameters ( var ...)after menu initialization.
So, there is no way to change
var itemTarget="Sub_Main";
But you can change target for each item individually (targetparameter in menuItems) using dm_ext_changeItem function.

Q: I am trying to implement Deluxe Menu 2.0 on a .aspx-page.
However the Norwegian characters are not showed correctly. (only in the menu)
What do I need to do?
It works fine with the old version of Deluxe Menu in our normal asp-pages.
A: When you call data .js file you can try to specify the encoding:
< SCRIPT src="Dansk Aktionarforening11_files/data.js" charset="UTF-8"> </SCRIPT>
or
<SCRIPT src="Dansk Aktionarforening11_files/data.js" charset="ISO-8859-1"> </SCRIPT>
Try that.
