Q: Does your menu system support imbedded check boxes? I want to be able to use menus to help users select options and want to have those selections УstickФ for the duration of their session. Do you have any examples of this?
A: Yes, you can insert any html code within menuItems, for example:

Q: When I maximize the screen the popup windows appear to open below taskbar.
Is there a setting to correct this so that windows always appear above the cascading navigation bar?
A: You should set the following parameter to show submenus above the top items:
var subMenuVAlign="bottom";
But notice that if there will be no enough space above the menu your submenus will be
shown under the menu.Q: I'm interested in buying your products. I have no experience in programming, only know html/php. How easy would it be to set up these down vertical menu items? I understand your explanation of copying scripts into the relevant html pages. But what about inserting the menus? Do I have to program them myself?

A: Unfortunately we don't have step by step tutorial now. We'll try tocreate it in the nearest time.
1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner application.
You can create any menu as you like in Deluxe Tuner.
Deluxe Tuner v2.4 supports Deluxe Menu (http://deluxe-menu.com) &Deluxe Tree (http://deluxe-tree.com) & Deluxe Tabs (http://deluxe-tabs.com)
You can use ready to use templates. You can find them in the templateswindow.
When you open Deluxe Tuner ( Deluxe Menu ) you can click "File/New"and add items and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" onthe main window.
You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"window.

2. You should install the menu on your page.
You can click, for example, File/Export to HTML (you can't do it inthe MAC version).

into "deluxe-menu.files/" folder. You should place this folder in thesame folder with your index. html page.
Q: I purchased your menu and I am currently using it. I was trying to use the vista template with the images. Yet when I have an js dropdown menu item that is a little long in text the image breaks in to two buttons. Is there a way to fix this or is that just the way it is with these templates?
A: Images in Vista Templates have the fixed width and height (92 x21):

When items text is too long you can have such effect.
You can try to use combined background for your items, for example:
