Q: I am considering ordering your product, but I have a few questions. My site uses frames, such that the submenus display in a different frame than the top level. Do all your dhtml menu templates support frames in this manner. I am specifically interested in the Ajax and Dynamic DHTML Menu.
Are your products licensed individually or does one license get access to Ajax, Dynamic, etc.? I understand the single, multi, and developer options.
A: See you can create Deluxe Menu in cross-frame mode.

You should order the license for Deluxe Menu only.
Q: Under Parameters ->> Dimensions ->menuWidth
Even I change the value such as 150px it doesn't have any effect on javascript dhtml menu itself.
Changing menuHeight property such as menuHeight = 123px moves menu down from the top of the page instead of changing height of the menu itself.
I used templates ->> vista -> vista style 3-03 to generate the javascript dhtml menu and modified it.
A: See, you have itemWidth and itemHeight in the Individual Style.

You cannot set the less value for the menuwidth in that case. You canset only the bigger value:
var menuWidth="550px";
To change the menuHeight you should also use itemHeight parameter, forexample
itemHeight=123px
Q: I have a question:
The smHidePause = 1500
If hide is busy (during 1500), and I click somewhere else on the screen (empty place), I want the submenu to hide.
Can I make this happen?
A: Yes, you can do it.
You should use the following function to hide your submenus:
_dmsm(0);
where 0 - is index of the menu on a page >0.
Q: Your drop down menu builder makes about every kind of menu except the one that is hot right now...the slider menu.
