Q: Please tell me in very plan instructions how to load the dhtml menu slide on to a blank Front Page web page?


A: You should do the following things:

1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner.

2. Export the menu into html file "File/Export/To HTML".

3. Copy generated folder with all engine .js files and images
("deluxe-menu.files/" by default) and data-deluxe-menu.js (by default) into the same folder with you index.html page (created inFrontPage).

4. Now you should add several rows of code into your index.html file.
You can do it in FrontPage (open HTML source of the page and edit it)
or in any text editor. Open your index.html page and edit it.

Notice that you'll have errors in the Preview. But you won't get errors if you open this page in the browser.5. Add the following code in the tag:

Q: I am interested in purchasing the "Microsoft Like Style Dhtml Tabs Menu" and would like to know if the tab menu horizontal java, roll over and selected colors are controllable? meaning if I want green (not blue) tab I can have the tabs green. Please let me know

A: Unfortunately you cannot change the color of this template in DeluxeTuner, as it is image-based tab menu horizontal java.

If you want to change the color of this template you should changeimages. You can do it in any Graph editor, for example in PhotoShop.



Q: We have purchased 'Deluxe Menu...'.
We are integrating the menu into the site. However, we are facing an issue i.e. drop down menu with css overlapping the 'Select' box in the IE 6.0.

I went through the help pages in the deluxe menu website and tried out the Suggestion of assigning 1 to dmObjectsCheck i.e.   var dmObjectsCheck=1 and adding the function as below.

It is throwing some error when we do that. Could you please suggest, what should we to get rid of overlapping. Please see the attached screen for the error. The error captured using Firefox.

A: Check that you're using Deluxe Menu v3.2.5.
Check also that you have dmenu_add.js file in the same folder withdmenu.js file.
