Q: I worked up some menus on my local machine and they work fine I want to push them to my server.
When I do, I don't see the menu that I saw on my local machine.
Instead, I see a hypertext link with a word that I used in one menu. What could be wrong?
Do I have to chmod the JS file? Do I have it mapped wrong. Is it because I am using a demo version?


A: Demo version of the menu has full functionality.
I can't find the call of dmenu.js file on deluxe-menu.htm and dmenu.js file in the "deluxe-menu_files" folder.
Please, upload this file on your server.

Q: Is there a way to center floatable menus horizontally on a page?
I used to use absolutePos=0, and all of my menus were centered ok, but when I tried floatable=1 I found that I had to change toabsolutePos=1 to get the menu to float, and this messed up my centering. Since I have multiple menus of different widths, I'd rather not have to hard-code the menu width, but please let me know if there's a better way.


A: Notice, when you use floatable menu you can't use relative menu position.
So, if you use

  var absolutePos = 0;

and to center the menu you use <p> or <div> with the center alignment your menu won't float.
To center your floatable menu you should set absolute coordinates.


Q: I tested your code and it works fine now. I don't need the Deluxe Tuner and only used the Java Script code. So please inform me about the expenses of using Java Script code and also related support needs.

Q: I am trying to use Delux-menu for our project, I am not able to use dynamic features of drop down menu script. I will send the html file, where I am calling the java script.

I am getting the error dm_menu[mInd] has no properties.

A: You have one menu in your example, but you write:

function hide(vis) {
dm_ext_changeItemVisibility(1, 0, 2, vis);

That is mean that you want to hide item in the second drop down menu script.

You should write:

function hide(vis) {
dm_ext_changeItemVisibility(0, 0, 2, vis);
