You can use the following function to open specific tab:
dtabs_itemClick(menuInd,itemInd);
where
menuInd - index of a tab menu on a page, >= 0.
itemInd - index of a item, >=0.

Q: Why don't any of the effects work in Firefox? I have built several different types of menus and they don't work the same in firefox as they do in IE. Is there a way to fix this? i.e. adding any html code or anything?


A: Yes, it is really so. Firefox supports only transparency of the menu.
Visual effects work in IE only. other browsers don't support them.

Q: We are experimenting with your library but can't seem to make it work. I am getting "d_ddm is undefined" in dmenu_popup.js menu script.

If you have only one menu on the page your menuInd = 0;

Q: I need to include backgroundimages for my navigation, so I put them in the same folder where the "data.js" file can be found. I am using the deluxe tuner in order to call these files and it looks great in the preview. As soon as I save the file and load it in the browser, the background images are missing.
Any solutions for this problem?

But you don't have images in "data.files/" folder. That's why youcan't see them.

You can use additional parameters to make menu paths absolute:

These parameters allow to make images and links paths absolute.
For example:

  var pathPrefix_link = "http://domain.com/pages/";

];

So, link path will be look so:
http://domain.com/pages/index.html

Images paths will be look so:
http://domain.com/images/icon1.gif
http://domain.com/images/icon2.gif
