Q: I am the trial version user of Taiwan.
And I would like to purchase the product "Deluxe Menu & DeluxeTree & Deluxe Tabs Developer License with JavaScript Sources" , but there is a question before I purchase.
Is there any extra charges for the version of Deluxe Menu getting upgrade in the future?
for example, v2.4 to v.3.6 ...... and so on.
A: All minor upgrades you'll get for free (for example, 2.4->2.7).
All major upgrades you'll get for free during 1 year (for example, 2.4->3.0).
For example, if there's some major upgrades (1.7 -> 2.0 -> 4.0)you'll get them for free during one year.
But if there'll be no major upgrades during some period (2.72 -> 2.81 -> 2.92). And after 3 year, for example, there will be major upgrade to 3.0. So you can upgrade for free.
We can offer you some discount for the major upgrade after one year.
Q: I have already tried this exact same method, using and alternate "itemBackColor" and this is not what I needed. As you can see in your example putting in an item back color only give you a different bg color on the item itself, but the BG of the menu around it remains the same. In your example the lighter bg color of my menu is surrounding the item bg color making this look more like a mistake and poor design.
It do use the item bg color for the rollover in my menu, as you can see, but implementing this does not give me what I need. I need the BG color behind this item to be completely flush with the sides of the menu.
I had already checked the menu system thoroughly before contacting you and I was well aware of the option.. but as you can see this is not the solution. It is very important to me that this looks perfect, and what I need is not built into this menu by default.. I need another solution.
A: You should set the following parameter:

You can also try to paste separators between items.
Q: Is there a way to programmatically specify which tab is selected in the drop down menu using javascript?
What I mean is, I want to set the selected tab programmatically (Not clicking the tab).
A: Deluxe Tabs doesn't support API functions which can return theselected tab.
If your site is written on PHP you can set "bselectedItem" and "varbselectedSmItem" parameters based on your link beforeyou call your data file.
For example, move "bselectedItem" and " var bselectedSmItem" parametersfrom your data file to your code.

You should define seltabs and selsmtabs using server side script.
You can also set it on every page before you call data.js file, forexample:

Q: Your floatable menu only works for deluxe menu and not cool tab menu.
Is this feature available or no? I put floatable menu = 1 and it does not do anything.
