Q: If need to make changes do I need to replace all the files and folder and script in all the web pages? Or are there just one or two files that need to be replaced? Which files or folders?


A: You need to change only your data.js (by default) file. It is thefile with your menu parameters.
Then you should upload this file on your server and may be add somenew images. That is all.


Q: Would it be possible to introduce more font decoration options to the mouseover variables for the horizontal navigation?I would like to add bold as a mouseover font decoration, but obviously this is not possible at the moment.


A: Unfortunately, Deluxe Menu doesn't have such a feature.
You can onlyset it's color. You cannot set the font of menu item bold when selected.

You should addthe following code in your data file:

Q: I just purchased your multiple site bundle and have a menu question.

I need to create a menu for a site that has the top level menu have no border but I want any of the sub menu popups to have a border around them (or a different background color for the menu area for the popup). I can not see a way to do this? If a put a menu border on it appears on both the top level and any submenu popups.


A: You should use Individual Item Styles.

You should set the following parameters:

1)   var menuBorderWidth=0;
2) Create Submenu Style

You can do it in Deluxe Tuner. Click "Edit Individual Styles" and thenchoose "Submenu Styles" tab.

3) Assign Individual Style for your submenus.
You can assign them only for the first item in each submenu.

Q: I am trying out your menu and I've made out a little test case in the attached file.

If you run it, you will see that the horizontal drop down menu css scrollsOUTSIDE the container div to the edges of the window. Is there anyway I can make the hhorizontal drop down menu css be within the container div and yet scroll?

And will the solution be cross-browser?

Note that menuDiv needs to have a collapsableDiv style. I am assuming that that is not a problem.
