Q: I purchased your product yesterday and was quite impressed, but I am having a bit of a problem with my submenuitems. In the general menu properties there is a "Global" var titemHeight = 22; My problem is that I would like my upper level of my free tree menu to have one itemheight and my submenuitems to have a smaller height. Is this possible?
A: In the XP Style
var tXPStyle=1;
the item's height for the top items and submenus will be different.
If you want to use
var tXPStyle=0;
you can set ite's height for the submenus:
var titemHeight=16;
And for other items use the blank icon with the height you want to have for the upperlevel of your menu items.Q: I bought the software and am very pleased with how it works. I still have one question. When I go to the "Transitional Effects Info" page to get the parameters for the different effects, clicking in the slider menu on the desired effect does not give me any new information on the parameters. Itstays stuck on " var transition=0". Is there another place I can go to view the various parameters for the different effects?
A: See more info here:
http://deluxe-menu.com/filters-and-effects-sample.html
Click "Show Additional Info" button.
You can also try to apply each transitional effect in Deluxe Tuner andsee it.
Q: I can't see my javascript vertical tree menu in FireFox. What I'm doing wrong?
A: You should set this parameter:
var tmenuHeight = "auto";
Now you have
var tmenuHeight = "0";
Q: Drop Down Menu could be the best solution for my website ... but Ihave one important question: I've seen, that it's possible to open the javascript change menu linked contents in the same or in a new window or in a frame ... but is it possible, too, to generate a new tab? To open a new window often is not possible, because most users have popup-blockers installed. And to open the contents in the same window drives the user away from the main page! Open a new tab seems to be less risky ... is there any solution to be used with Drop Down Menu? I tried to use "_tab" instead of "_self" or "_parent", but it did not work!
A: You should use _blank. If your browser supports tabs your link will beopened in a new tab (except IE, in IE it will be opened in a newwindow).
