A: You should set a separator in the menuItems, for example:

Q: We are using a licensed copy of Deluxe-Menu but in Internet Explorer 7.0 it displays an incorrect copyright message even though all parameters are included and the key is correct. Help! We cannot leave our web site up in this condition!


A: Deluxe Menu v2.0 works fine in IE7.

Q: I need to set individual itemtargets for a number of menu script items......

example:-

menuitem_1 targets the Main frame..

menuitem_2 ..

   SUBmenuitem_2_(1) targets the Top frame..

   SUBmenuitem_2_(2) targets the Main frame..

menuitem_3 ..

   SUBmenuitem_3_(1) targets the Main frame..

   SUBmenuitem_3_(2) targets the Bottom frame..

menuitem_4 targets the Main frame..

Is this possible?

A: You can set target parameter for all items:
  var itemTarget="_blank";
or
  var itemTarget="main";

Where main - is the name of the main frame where you want to open the link.

or for each item individually:

...
["Home","testlink.html", "", "", "", "main", "", "", "", "", "", ],



Q: I have just downloaded your trial version and am trying to use java menu maker using the windows xpstyle1 template. I can only seem to get the top button showing as grey but can change colors of submenus OK. Am I missing something or is this a restriction of the trial system i.e. how do I get the top button showing the same as submenu buttons

A: Trial version of java menu maker has full functionality of the licensed version.

To change submenu colors you should change the following parameters:

  var menuBackColor="#F2F3F2";
  var itemBackColor=["#F2F3F2","#535353"];
and Individual Submenu Style:
  var menuStyles = [
["menuBackColor=#F2F3F2","menuBorderWidth=0","itemSpacing=0","itemPadding=4px","smOrientation=undefined"],

For the top items you should change Individual Item style:
