Q: Is there a way to change the height of the main buttons in Dhtml Menu. When I use the GUI tool there is nowhere to change the main button height. And when I tried to change it in the script file, it did me no good. I want all of the main buttons to be the same size.

A: You can use standard <img> object to set menu height, for example:

Q: I just noticed another problem: when I set dmObjectsCheck=1 and I click on a menu-item of the dropdown menu nothing happens! No matter whether the banner is flash or not. And no matter if the browser is IE or Firefox. As soon as I set dmObjectsCheck=0 the submenu works again.


A: You should set the following parameter

  var dmObjectsCheck=1;

You should also add dmenu_add.js file into the folder with yourdmenu.js file.
Please, check it.


Q: I am in the process of setting up a new html menu bar, but seem to be having trouble getting it to work via Internet Explorer 8.0.

Instead of making drop-downs, it only makes little symbols. However, it works fine via Firefox.

How do I show different content when selecting the different dhtml layer menu tabs?

For example, when I use the Windows Forms tab control in VB .NET, there's more to the tab control than just the dhtml layer menu tabs themselves...there's also the "body" of each individual tab that changes when I select different tabs.
Does your product do the same?

A: You should specify any Object ID name of the DIV.

See, for each item you should assign the ID property of the contentDIV (see data file with your menu parameters).
