Q: I am getting stuck with trying to set a default tab in the div tab menu to be selected when a window opens...
What I've been trying to do is changing this line here :

  var bselectedItem=0;

At 0 (default) it has the first tab selected. Any other number and notabs are selected.
Is there a setting somewhere else that I am missing?A: You can set "bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parameters based on your link before you call your data file.

For example, move "  var bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parameters from your data file to your code.

Q: I am evaluating your Deluxe Menu. I see there are many different template designs. Is it possible to create a custom image to be used as the base image for the main javascript pull down menu? If, so how is it done? Or is it mandatory to use the templates available? I would like to have a larger image for the main javascript pull down menu. Most templates have very small and thin images.

A: No, it is not mandatory to use templates.

You can use your own images. Try to use the following javascript pull down menu parameters:

  var menuBackRepeat="repeat";
  var itemBackImage=["",""];

And Individual Item Style and Individual Submenu Styles.



Q: I'd really appreciate any info on how I can create dhtml menu on Mac..


A: Unfortunately we don't have step by step tutorial now.
We'll try tocreate it in the nearest time.

1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner application.
You can create any menu as you like in Deluxe Tuner.

You can use ready to use templates. I'm sending you package with all
templates. Just open data file in Deluxe Tuner.

Add items and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" onthe main window.
You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"window.

You should place this folder in thesame folder with your index. html page.Try that.

A: Actually menuItems and tmenuItems have a different structure.

We don't have such converter yet. You can try to change your menuItems in any text editor. I suppose it will be easier to convert items in editor than in Deluxe Tuner.
