Q: About to purchase my third license, but I have a problem.  I just loaded the menu tuner 3 on to my pc and updated my menu.  Now, my second “drop down” column of the menu goes up instead of down like the rest.  Can you tell me how to correct this?


A: Try to set the following parameter:

  var subMenuVAlign="bottom";


Q: Can I ask a technical question? I am using the menu in a frameset, and I would like for the drop down menu selected branch to sty highlighted after the user moves the mouse to another window (where the menu brings up a new page), just so the user knows where he/she is. Is that possible?

A: But if you open links in the another frame (window) the initial frame with your menu isnot reloaded, so the clicked item will be highlighted.
You should set the following parameters:
  var ttoggleMode=1;
  var tpressedFontColor="#AAAAAA";

You can also set the following parameter to save menu state:
  var tsaveState=1;
  var tsavePrefix="menu1";

If you install the menu without frames. On your pages you should call the following function/functions to expand/highlight items, for example:

Q: Can I use my own images as the tabs in a div tab menu?

A: The Drop down menu items have the following structure:
  var menuItems = [

Where iconNormal, iconOver - Icons of an item: icon in normal state, icon in mouseover state.

So you can set your menu items in a such way:

Q: Hello, I am interesting in purchasing your product, but first I need to know if it is possible to call a JavaScript function from the menu.  I have read the FAQ and noted where it lists that you can perform an alert call, and that worked on my end as well, but when I attempted to call a function I created I could not get it to respond.  Is it possible to call a function from your menu?  Could I get an example?
