Javascript Menu. DHTML Menu.

Q: I have downloaded the trail version of java menu source, and I am getting script errors.

I am working with the deluxe menu.

I uninstalled, cleared all cache and temporary files, restarted the computer, reinstalled and I still get the same message.

I am convinced this program is exactly what I need, but one step at a time.


A: I suppose that you're using Windows 2000.
We have some problems with Tuner on this OS.

Unfortunately we didn't fix the issue with Windows 2000 yet.

Try to delete all content from toolbar.html file.

Q: I can see that you can have multi menus on the same page can you have multi tabs?  I did create two different tab menus and when I put them on the same page they display correctly but you cannot navigate to the required web pages.

A: You can use as many tabs on the one page as you want.

But notice that you should call dtabs.js file on each page only once.
There is no need to call it several times on the one page.

You can see such examples in the trial package:

But it I click on test2 which is a link to my page – it does not work.

A: You cannot use "" symbols within menuItems. It is not correct.
Try to write your javascript drop down menu items in the following way:

Q: Well I figured all of that out but now I have a new problem.The content of the textarea tabs is not displaying in IE.

A: See, it is not correctly to use submenus in tabMode=0.
