A: I'm not sure I understand you.
You can use

NewWindow(this.href,'name','490','400','yes');

code in an item link:

["text", "javascript:NewWindow(url,'name','490','400','yes');"]

But if you don't want that, you can just insert <a> into an item text.

You should delete itemBackImage and itemWidth parameters from itemStyles.


Q: I'm evaluating a copy of deluxe-tree and have a question about long items. I need to be able to either automatically wrap the line to fit the width given in the tmenuWidth variable or insert line breaks as I see fit.

At the moment I have found that I can insert the <br> tag to force a line to break but it messes up the space after the menu, if I have several one after the other then they will sit close together. If I add a
at the beginning of the menu entry then the space before is bigger than the default.

Is there any easy way around this?

Q: Why don't any of the effects work in Firefox? I have built several different types of menus and they don't work the same in firefox as they do in IE. Is there a way to fix this? i.e. adding any html code or anything?


A: Yes, it is really so. Firefox supports only transparency of the menu.
Visual effects work in IE only. other browsers don't support them.
