Q: I ran IE7 and now the "Incorrect Copyright" message appears again on the menu. Please advise.
A: What version of Deluxe Menu you're using now?
Deluxe Menu v2.0 works fine in IE.
If you're using older version you should upgrade you Deluxe Menu to v2.0, please, visit thefollowing page. You can find all info about the upgrade here:

Q: A few of my users have reported issues with the menu like the one below. Where the drop down menu is just a white box with a little scroll bar in it. Can you please let me know how I might correct it or what is wrong? We are using version 2.4.
A: I've just checked your website. It works fine.
You can have such effect when the page entirely was not loaded yet. So, images were not loaded yet.
If you don't want to have such effect you can try not to use back images for the submenus.
Q: Just wanted to thank you for all of your help...I changed all of the paths accordingly and the menus look great.
Out of curiousity, how do I use the javascript calendar function? It does not appear to be an option in the Deluxe Tuner GUI.
A: We haven't added Calendar in Deluxe Tuner.

Q: My menus work fine on IE7 and earlier and other browsers. However I tested the java hover menu with Internet Explorer 8 beta and errors are sometimes thrown.
I tried viewing your site with IE8 – which didn't work with IE8 a few weeks ago but I notice everything works now.
Do you know what might causing the problems?
A: We're planning the full support for IE8 as well as for all major browsers.
All issues will be fixed with final version of IE8.
