A: You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.
However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so,you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:

Q: We have a problem. If the "sub menus" open downward (in a horizontal menu) and there is Flash under it, the menu disappears. It goes BEHIND the flash and can't be seen.

Is there a fix for this?

I honestly don't recall it happening before but it now does. I probably didn't pay attention. Thank you!

Q: Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to disable the dhtml pull down menu links on a page. (I am creating a site where, in a certain mode, the page is in preview and I don't want the links to work).

Is this possible?

I can run this function across my other <A> tags (which sets them all to the current page), but it doesn't reach into the deluxe menu.

A: To disable your dhtml pull down menu items you should set the following parameter to disable all items:

  var itemTarget="_";

Or you can disable items individually.
