Q: I have started using your menu and when testing in both IE-browsers the CPU jumps to 100% for at least 30 to 60sec.
Then the sub menu appears but also not as fast as in Firefox(no effects).

Now does my menu contains about 1476 item-lines, and I use the cross-frame modus.

A: It is possible that the loading speed can be lower if the menu is very large. But it doesn't take so much time.
Yes, you can notice some delay in IE, but in over browsers it works better.
Deluxe Menu works fast, but 1500 is a large value.
I tried to create large menus on my machine: P4 3GHz, 512RAM WinXP SP2
It takes:
- 1000 items ~ 10 sec
- 2000 items ~ 40 sec

You can try to use AJAX-like technology.

A: For each tab you can set content <div> (contentName,contentDescription, contentVariations).

You can find these divs in the tabs-style-glass.html file. You shouldpaste the content of your tabs in these divs.


Q: I am now running the newest version, all ok. A new client wants to have submenus openFor the left hand menu navigation that I purchased, can I choose what dhtml tree menus will be expanded or collapsed when the user first comes to the webpage for the first time?

For instance, right now, when the user first goes to the page ALL of the menus are collapsed. If I wanted the first and third tree menus to be expanded and the others to stay collapsed when a new user first went to the page, how would I accomplish that?

A: You can expand some items by default.
Add '+' sign before items text in that case:

Q: But what mean the message "Incorrect Copyright" that you see on the javascript menu ie TABS on our website? Because we did the solution that you described in the original message that I copy you below. In some computers appears this messages in other not.
