Q: I am able to create the simple navigation bar but can't seem to get it to work in Yahoo SiteBuilder.
A: Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Yahoo SiteBuilder/Dreamweaver/Frontpage extension
and wedon't have plug-ins for it.
To install the menu into your html page:
1. create and save .js file with your menu parameters in Deluxe Tuner
(you can use "File/Save as/HTML" function).
You can enter any name you like, for example enter "menu".
So you'llhave menu.html, menu.js files and "menu.files" folder with all menu files.
2. open your .html page in Dreamweaver
3. Copy generated menu.js file and "menu.files/" folder in the same folderwith your index.html page.
4. Open generated menu.html in any text editor and copy several rows of code (<script> tags),

Q: I'm trying to set the frame parameters to frame name body. I have tried seven different text items: body, _body, frame name=body, framename=body, "framename=body", the relative URL, and the exact URL in the titemTarget parameter (common parameters). Nothing seems to work. It always sets the target to a new window. What text do I need to enter for the default parameter to be the body frame target?
Also, is there a way to expand only the menus and not the submenus? There doesn't seem to be a halfway point. Either all the menus are open, or all closed. If I set the default to hidden, it is non-functional. If I set it to expanded, that's not what I'm looking for either.
The menu looks good; other than these two problems it is functioning properly.

You want to expand only the main items when you load your page?
If it is so you can set expanded items by default.
If you want to expand specific items by default you should set "+"symbol at the beginning of item text.

Q: I am looking at purchasing the Drop Down Menu Program. I cannot find any examples of other sites that may be using your product.
And each link that I click on for help gives me code to use on the page. Does this mean that I need to know JavaScript to use this program effectively? How recent is the newest version of your program?
Please advise if there is a support forum, also.

No, there is no need in deep knowledge of javascript to use the menu.
You can use Deluxe Tuner application to create your menus easily.
We release the new version of the menu about two times a year.
Q: It all works great under IE, but when you view it in Firefox the fly-out menus (off of Products, Services & About Us) do not appear over the Flash animation to the right in IE.
It works fine under Firefox on all other pages apart form Home, because Home is the only page with containing the Flash animation.
Could you please have a look and let us know if this is a known issue (we're using the latest 8 dmenu .js file, time-stamped 11 April 2006).
