Recent Questions

Q: I developed a little test dhtml menu slide tree. For the items "Aktivitaeten Auswahl" and "Kontakt Auswahl" I have no subitems. The item line shows a little button with double arrows.

I would like to get rid of these buttons, because there are no subitems.
How can I do that?

A: You should create Individual XP Style and apply it for these items.

Q: In IE first tab of tabbed navigation is coming selected but in firefox it is not coming selected.

A: Check the following parameters:

  var bselectedItem=0; //top items
  var bselectedSmItem=1; //submenus

Notice that all indexes starts with 0.


Q: Sometime the first tab in css tab menu stay selected etc..

A: You should check the following parameter

  var bselectedItem=1;
This parameter sets the selected tab.

You can set it
  var bselectedItem=-2;



Q: I am trying to use the following horizontal scrolling tabs:

My problem is that the bitebackimage is not showing as you can see in the example below.

All the left and right side images appear, but not the repeating button background. All the images are in the same directory and have the same URL to point to them.

Any ideas on what the problem might be?

Any style tab menu that I use produces the same results.

A: The reason is in your styles. Now you have in style.css file:
