Q: I have a menu defined that displays and operates correctly in a page. However, if I place that same page in an iFrame the menu displays correctly BUT the texpanded parameter no longer works.
If I copy the contents of the iFrame and run it again in a new window, it all works fine again.

Is there something special I need to do in an iFrame?


A: Deluxe Tree Menu doesn't work with <IFrame> objects. It works with objects only. All it can to do with <IFrame> is to loadpages into it.
You should use standard installation for the menu.


Q: I do not know how to prevent IE7 or IE8 displaying a security warning for the javascript dropdown menuI have created using your software. I get the warning message when I view the menu that I have created.

A: Try to set the following options in Internet Explorer:

1) Go to 'Tools -> Internet Options -> Security'
2) Select Local Intranet and then press 'Custom level...' button.
3) Run ActiveX Controls and plug-ins = Enable
Automated Prompting for ActiveX Controls = Disable


Q: I have downloaded the trial version of Deluxe Menu and am seriously looking at buyingit. I am trying to go thro the instructions and check out if it meets my requirement.

I am not able to figure out how to equally space out all my menu items on the javascript menu bar.

My menu bar width is fixed at 800 px and I have 7 items - horizontal type. The menuitems widths appear different for the menu items. How do I ensure that all of them are ofequal size ??
A: Set width for the items using Individual styles:
