A: You can try to use the following function:

dtabs_itemClick(menuN, itemN);

where
menuN - index of a menu on a page, >= 0.
itemN - index of a tab you want to show, >=0.



Q: I'm having a problem with the new v3.9.2 javascript menu source. The drop-down submenus are now going "up" instead of "down".

I've tried the conversion steps in your email and I have even rebuilt the menu from scratch in v3.9.2. In the Deluxe Menu Preview window, the drop-down sub-menus behave properly - transitioning down below the horizontal menu. But it FireFox3, IE7 and Chrome the submenus appear above the horizontal menu.

Also... the transition effect (24 - Alpha Blend) only appears in IE7 - it is not evident in FireFox3 or in Chrome.

A: Set the following parameter:

Q: There is a default gap between two collapsible javascript menu buttons. Suppose the two menu are "Company profile" and "Service", there is a default gap between those tow , it is not taking the specified space( for example I am putting 2px gap but it is taking a default gap) Please suggest me the solution for the same.

A: You should use new parameter in the data file:

  var tXPMenuSpace=0;



Q: A few of my users have reported issues with the menu like the one below. Where the drop down menu is just a white box with a little scroll bar in it. Can you please let me know how I might correct it or what is wrong? We are using version 2.4.


A: I've just checked your website. It works fine.

You can have such effect when the page entirely was not loaded yet. So, images were not loaded yet.

If you don't want to have such effect you can try not to use back images for the submenus.
