A: See, the problem is that the script can't get css properties of the object if they are described in separate .css block (or file).In other words, you can't get the value of "POSITION: absolute" attribute of the object if the object doesn't have this property within inline style (style="POSITION:absolute;"). To get the value you should move .css style into style="" attribute.

Please, try to add your
css file -> inline css, for example:

You should add style="POSITION: absolute;"

to the

<div id="menu">

So, you'll have:

<DIV id="menu" style="POSITION: absolute;">
Try that.


Q: Images don't appear in my menu.


A: Now you have two lines:

and

<SCRIPT type=text/javascript>  var dmWorkPath = "../side_menu.files/";</SCRIPT>

But you should have only one line.

Q: I really want the actual dhtml menu bars to be SE Friendly. Is this possible?


A: You should generate search engine friendly code and install it on yourpage.
Deluxe Menu is a search engine friendly menu since v1.12.
To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:

...etc.
</div>

To generate such a code use Deluxe Tuner application.

Run Tuner, load your menu and click Tools/Generate SE-friendly Code (F3).

Q: I am trying to figure out how to make multiple clickable link popup windows on the same page.

A: You can do it in two ways:
1) Call different data files with DIFFERENT winID:"window1"!

2) Call only one data file and use deluxePopupWindow.open() function to open your windows:
