Q: After creating and using a menu, is it possible to insert/change the position of a menu item?
For instance, I am using years in a submenu and the current year always needs to be at the top.
Is this possible with drag and drop or by some other means in the Tuner v2?
A: Yes you can do it.

To select a group of items you can use Shift and Ctrl keys.
To rename an item click on it and hold a mouse cursor for a second. Or use item parameters window.
To move items select items you want and use a mouse drag'n'drop method.
To copy items select those you want and use a mouse drag'n'drop method holding a Ctrl key.Also you can use a contextual menu - a right mouse click on the list of items.
Q: I am trying to make the tabs all the same width and would like to know how to do that. Therefore "Personal", "Account Summary", "Tax Exemptions", "Password", "Invoices", "Quotes", "VOIP" - I need them to all be the EXACT SAME width.
A: See, I've created Individual style

And used this style for some items

You can use this style for all items in the same way.
You should set the width of your Tabs
var bmenuWidth="770px";
and width for each Tab
var bstyles = [
["bitemWidth=110px"], // style 0
];
And assign this style for all items.
Q: I love your product! I used it to create our top level navigation for the initial re-launch of our site in October and am now using Delux-tree to create a left navbar for a secondupdate to our site come Feb. 14th.
I have one question however, is it possible that when I expand "CRM" and then secondly expand "Contact Manager","CRM" then returns back to it's original states drop down menu? Please let me know, thanks!!

Q: Hello, you write, that your menu is search engine friendly.
But viewing the source of your samples, I don't see anything search engine friendly in there.
A Javascript is called, that's all, which I doublt could ever be Search Engine friendy?
The only thing I have seen as search engine friendly is the menu you have added at your own homepage.
Can this be set at your menue automatically?
Can you let me know, if the menu supports this kind. Your Features and Functions don't say anything about that either.
A: Deluxe Menu is a search engine friendly menu since v1.12.
To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:

...etc.
</div>
To generate such a code use Deluxe Tuner application.
You can find this GUI in the trial package.
Run Tuner, load your menu and click Tools/Generate SE-friendly Code (F3).
