  • Build right-click menus for your site. For this purpose you should appoint a peculiar method for the object you want. The current X,Y of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the context menu.
  • Design menus absolutely based on CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). It is possible to apply the personal CSS styles for every elements of the menu.
  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. Q: I've tried that in my dhtml menu maker and it keeps going to the bottom of the list. That's why I emailed my question. I had read the part of drag and drop, but it doesn't seem to work. Don't know if I'm doing something wrong, if my software is corrupted somewhere. Everything else seems to work correctly.

Any other ideas or why it owuld do that?

A: Click on the item you want to move.
Move your mouse in the correct place (holding left mouse button).
Wait till you'll have gray line in the place where you want to insertthe item and release mouse button.



Q: Now I am coming across one more problem...
The alignment of the menu is off.

Where I can download previous versions of the menu?


A: I suppose that you're saying about submenu position.

Q: Can dhtml menu scripts be integrated into Expression Web?

A: Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Dreamweaver/Frontpage/Microsoft Expression Web extension,
BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files.

To install the menuinto your html page:

1. open the page in your program
2. open html source code of the page
3. add several rows of code (<script> tags).

Q: One intern design a menu for us using MenuTuner that we bought however Menu doesn’t work in Firefox or netscape.
It works fine in Internet Explorer.
Can you help? I’m attaching the zip file which you can extract and open index.html to see what’s wrong.


A: Try to specify units in "px".

It's necessary to specify exact value for Mozilla browsers. It helpsto position menus correctly.

You should set this parameter:
  var tmenuHeight = "auto";
