Q: Where do I increase the width of the javascript menu bars for each entry? Some of my links are a bit longer than the image and it's causing it to use part of another gif to cover it. Sorry not sure if I even explained that right. Let me know if this makes sense.

A: I suppose that you're using Vista style templates.

The width of vista images is 94px. If the width of your menu itemis wider than 94px you should correct the width of the images in anygraph editor, for example in Photoshop. You should set the width ofthese images 120px and set the following parameter:

Q: I just need to know if there is a way of establishing the width at "runtime" in the javascript dynamic menu so that my frame in my frameset can be widened accordingly.

A: There are no special parameters for menu dimensions.
But you can use submenu IDs. For example, top-menu has ID"dmXXXm0"

Where XXX - menu index. So, first menu on the page has ID "dm0m0".
So, you can determine menu dimensions so:

document.getElementById('dm0m0').offsetWidth
document.getElementById('dm0m0').offsetHeight

You can also use Javascript API functions to take submenu IDs.



Q: First of all, your product is amasing!

I can not create popup windows by clicking on a menu.

For example:

MainMenu:     Home > Favorites > Fun > About us

Sub Menu:      - Portal
                       - Games
                       - Forum
                       - Chat

By clicking on “Games” Button of sub menu I would like to open a popup window,

A: You can use your own javascript functions in the menu items.

You should paste "javascript:some_function()" into item's link field, for example:

Q: I've just updated my menu from 2.4 to 3.2. All is fine except two of my java script pop up menu (vertical) appear on the left instead of the right, all the others pop out to the right as before. I've tried saving it as a completely different file name, same problem, both within a browser and within your preview pane.

Any help would be much appreciated, I'm at a loss.
