A: Deluxe Menu is a search engine friendly menu since v1.12.

To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:

<div id="dmlinks">
<a href="menu_link1">menu_item_text1</a>
<a href="menu_link2">menu_item_text2</a>
...etc.
</div>

To generate such a code use Deluxe Tuner application.
You can find this GUI in the trial package.
Run Tuner, load your menu and click Tools/Generate SE-friendly Code (F3).


Q: Whenver I choose the enable Ajax feature and set the AjaxCount to 0, my menus don't pop out anymore. How do I get it to pop out?


A: That variable set the maximal number of submenus that will be loadedfrom server on your page.

If you don't know exact number of submenus you can set a big value forthis parameter.

If you set   var dmAJAXCount=0; you cannot see you submenus.

To enable Ajax feature you should set, for example:
  var dmAJAX=1;
  var dmAJAXCount=100;


Q: I can not figure out how to get drop-down menus to show up in the Add-Ins on my Microsoft Front Page.

A: Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Dreamweaver/Microsoft Front Page extension,
BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files. To install the menu
into your html page:

1. open the page in Dreamweaver/Frontpage
2. open html source code of the page
3. add several rows of code (<script> tags).

Notice also that some web editors won't display correctly javascript menus,
you should preview your website in the browser.



Q: When you hover over words the background color is light blue - How do I change dhtml context menu so that the color when you hover over items is different?


A: You should change the following parameter:
