Q: Hello, I am interesting in purchasing your product, but first I need to know if it is possible to call a JavaScript function from the menu.  I have read the FAQ and noted where it lists that you can perform an alert call, and that worked on my end as well, but when I attempted to call a function I created I could not get it to respond.  Is it possible to call a function from your menu?  Could I get an example?


A: You can write your own functions within menuItems, for example:

Q: Why is the submenu a different colour has a different colour than menu items - surely that's not an IE specific feature? The top-level menu items seem to be a different size too, so the layout in IE looks more even.

A: Submenus has a different color because they have a transparency:

  var transparency="90";

Set it to 100.

Submenus also have larger width than top items because they containsmore text. If you want to wrap the text, use
tag between item words.



Q: I am interested in buying your software for some web development I planning on doing.а Before I buy your software, I have a concern that I was hoping you could help me with.

I downloaded the trial version of the software and set up some menus.а However, when I load them with IE7, the information bar comes up and asks me if I want to run scripts or ActiveX controls.а Is there a way I can prevent this from happening?а Is there some setting I have chosen in one of the properties that is causing this to happen?

A: Please, see security preferences: IE/Tool/Internet Options
Make sure that Active content is enabled.

You should check your Security Settings.

There is no way to enable these settings automatically.



Q: Does your site navigation menu support RTL Pages? How hard it is to convert it this way?

Set this parameter to 1 if you're using right-to-left direction of html page <HTML dir=rtl>.
