Q: It all works great under IE, but when you view it in Firefox the fly-out menus (off of Products, Services & About Us) do not appear over the Flash animation to the right in IE.

It works fine under Firefox on all other pages apart form Home, because Home is the only page with containing the Flash animation.

Could you please have a look and let us know if this is a known issue (we're using the latest 8 dmenu .js file, time-stamped 11 April 2006).

Q: I'm trying to install the menu. (I'm developping a new site im Dreamweaver). It does not work. Please help me.


A: Сould you write what exact problems do you have with themenu?

Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Dreamweaver/FrontpageBuilder extension,
BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files. To install the menuinto your html page:

1. open the page in Dreamweaver/Frontpage
2. open html source code of the page
3. add several rows of code (<script> tags), For info see: http://deluxe-menu.com/installation-info.html

That's all.

You can also send us a copy of your html page (including .js files) and we will check it.


Q: I am having some trouble placing the cascading drop down menu in frontpage.
Does your company have some kind of tech support for the frontpage material?


A: See, you should do the following things.

1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner.
2. Export the menu into html file "File/Export/To HTML".
3. Copy generated folder with all engine .js files and images("deluxe-menu.files/" by default) and data-deluxe-menu.js (by default)
into the same folder with you index.html page (created inFrontPage).4. Now you should add several rows of code into your index.html file.
You can do it in FrontPage (open HTML source of the page and edit it)
or in any text editor. Open your index.html page and edit it.
Notice that you'll have errors in the Preview. But you won't get errors if you open this page in the browser.5. Add the following code in the <head>tag:

Q: I am trying to get my text within a single menu item to have text on two lines as opposed to be all on one line.
For example, I currently have CumberlandHeadElementary School all on one line of a menu. I would like to have Cumberland Head on one line and Elementary School on a line below Cumberland Head. Hope this makes some sense.
