Q: Sorry to bother you again, but we've done everything suggested in your fix regarding flash obscuring the multiple drop down menu, but we're still having the same problem in Firefox.

We've - set the parameter in the data file to -   var dmObjectsCheck=1;

We've added the following to the start of the data file -

But still our multiple drop down menu sits behind the flash. Are we missing something else?

A: See it is necessary to have opaque parameters in <object> and <embed>tags to display submenus correctly in Firefox.

So, you should open .js file for your flash and find "embed" and"object" words.
And add opaque parameters, for example:

Q: I have a question:

The smHidePause = 1500

If hide is busy (during 1500), and I click somewhere else on the screen (empty place), I want the submenu to hide.

Can I make this happen?


A: Yes, you can do it.
You should use the following function to hide your submenus:

_dmsm(0);
where 0 - is index of the menu on a page >0.


Q: Do you have a menu that allows the sub-items to 'slide' out from the menu?
For example, you mouse-over the first button, and the sub menu slides from 'underneath' the button from left to right?


A: You should to use transitional effects.

Try to set

But notice that transitional effects are features of Internet Explorer5.5+ only.
