Q: When I open my site in Internet Explorer 6.0 the main drop menu code shows up nicely but the drop-down sub-menus are separated. The drop menu code work very nicely in a Firefox browser but not in IE.
A: There are some problems also with your css.The problem is that the drop menu code can't get css properties of the object if they are described in separate .css block (or file).
In other words, you can't get the value of "position" attribute of the object if the object doesn't have this property within inline style(style="position:relative"). To get the value you should move .css style into style="" attribute.
Please, try to add your
css file -> inline css, for example:
You should add style="position:relative;"
to the
<DIV id="right">
So, you'll have:
<DIV id=right style="POSITION: relative;">
Check that.
Q: Is it possible for dhtml vertical tabs to have a link on page that links to
second page by passes the default setting then selects and displays
the information in the tab you need?
A: You can use the following function to open specific tab:
dtabs_itemClick(menuInd,itemInd);
where
menuInd - index of a tab menu on a page, >= 0.
itemInd - index of a item, >=0.
For example:

Q: Is there a convenient template somewhere that allows me to have a standard windows tree control menu that stays open so that the user does not lose track of himself.

You can expand any items when you load your page.
You should add "+" symbol before the item text. For example:

Q: I have a problem...
On some computers running IE the menu appears and works correctly, on others it doesn't appear.
There is only a line that says JavaScript Menu by Deluxe-Menu.com.
Both of these computers have the same version of IE running. I have reset the security levels back to default levels on both. Still the menu doesn't appear.
For all practical purposes both copies of IE are the same.
A: You should change your security settings in IE to allow Javascript onpages you load. In other case you can't see a dynamic page content.
There is no way to enable these preferences automatically, in othercase there are no reasons to create security preferences.
You can also use Deluxe Tuner application that allows you to generate additional html code for search engine that can't parse Javascript. So, you can use menu links on browsers that doesn't have Javascript support enabled.
