Q: If you take a look at the upper menu, I have "|" separating all of the various menu items. How can I do this with Deluxe Menu?
I don't want to resort to using messages and would like to use the "|" character if at all possible.

Q: I find your tools very interesting, yet I've serched but found no answer... is there a version of your program for mac?
I don't trsut windows at all, so i don't have ever think about using bootcamp to load windows on my mac, so i repeat my question, is there or will be a version of deluxe menu to work on mac systems?

Q: I am currently having a look at the use of your drop down menu and was wondering if there was an option to make all of the top menu links the same size?
At current It looks like it is on a percentage increase related to the amount of text, can I change this to a fixed value no matter the text amount?

A: You can use Individual Item Style.

Use that parameter:

  var itemWidth=100px

Width of an item (px, % or other units).

For example:

  var itemStyles = [

Q: For some reason all of the menu items are squished together when I put the js code in my page.
Is my site's CSS overriding the ones set in the menu css? If so how do I get around this?


A: See, the problem is that the script can't get css properties of the object if they are described in separate .css block (or file).
To get the value you should move .css style into style="" attribute.

Please, try to add your
css file -> inline css
