Q: I didn't specify link for the item, but the problem is the mouse cursorchanges to a hand, when the item of the web navigation bar (not link) is mouse over.

A: Unfortunately there is no way to change cursor for items with links and without links.

You can try to use <a> tag inside the text field:

Q: Do you have any tutorials on how to use dropdown menu maker?

A: Unfortunately we don't have step by step tutorial yet.
We'll try to create it in the nearest time.

1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner.

When you open Deluxe Tuner you can click "File/New"
and add items and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" on
the main window.

You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"
window.

2. You should install the menu on your page.
You can click, for example, File/Export to HTML.

So, you'll have folder with all engine files and images
("deluxe-menu.files/" folder by default), deluxe-menu.html file and
data-deluxe-menu.js file with all menu parameters.

Open deluxe-menu.html file in any text editor and copy several rows of
code into your page (for example index.html page of your website).

Copy and paste several rows into your html page (index.html).

dmenu_ajax.js

and data-deluxe-menu.js file into the same folder with your index.html page.

Try that.



Q: No matter where I paste the dhtml rollover I created, it shows up at the top left corner of the page.

A: Try to use relative position

Q: I'm trying to find a decent, simple, working example of a dynamically-generated DHTML Pop-up Window. Using the "Deluxe Tuner" to generate static files is unacceptable for our use. We must create pop-up menus on the fly.

I tried piecing together a working pop-up window application, but kept getting "Error! Skin Load!" and couldn't figure out what files or where to get them (or put them) for the Windows Vista Graphite skin.



A: Create a new project, choose the Windows Vista Graphite Style for it.
Save your project. Use in your html file this function to open a window for your link :
