Q: I have used your Deluxe-menu on my websit. With the browser Opera I have problems with the dhtml scrolling menu item-color. If I select the menu at the first time, the item color is black. After select a menu item the menu item color is #f0e4cc, this is correct. After re-select the menu the item color is #f0e4cc also. After browser re-start the menu item color is black :-(

A: See it is not correctly to write colors in the following way (without # symbol):
  var fontColor=["f0e4cc","f0e4cc"];

You should write:
  var fontColor=["#f0e4cc","#f0e4cc"];

Your menu will work correctly in all browsers in that case.

Q: I purchased a menu system from you and someone else programmed it so I am left to fix it. When you go the page, their is a weird delay, is it possible for you to tell me what is wrong in the html javascript menu?

A: You're using additional features in the menu now

  var keystrokes=1;
  var floatable=1;

But there are no dmenu_add.js and dmenu_key.js files in the
http://www.domain.com/Hbsound.files/
folder on your server.

I advise you to upload all menu engine files.



Q: On the same collapsible menus, is there any way to remove the spaces between the top items?

A: No, unfortunately there is no way to remove that space in XP Style
  var tXPStyle=1;

If you use
  var tXPStyle=0;

you can set the following parameter:
  var titemHeight=18;



Q: I am having a difficult time trying to integrate your menu into a frame system of my clients. The url that I am testing at is...

I believe that I have followed your instructions to the letter, but can't seem to get the cross-frame system to work. Any help would be appreciated.


A: Please, check dmWorkPath parameter. You should write in the followingway:

Please, notice also that Deluxe Menu can work within 1 frameset only.
It can't work correctly within nested framesets. It is possible that you'll havesome errors.
