I erased the first color number from the list and that worked, but when I scrolled the mouse over the links, the background stayed light blue even though the mouse was no longer over them. Is there a way to let the background start transparent, turn light blue when the mouse is over it, then go back to transparent after the mouse is off it?

Q: How do I make the vertical navigation bar display in Chinese?

A: You should open your data file in Deluxe Tuner.Set "Tools/Use utf8 encode" option in Deluxe Tuner.

And then replace all English words with Chinese.

You can also do it in any text editor.

Q: Is there a property in the data.js file - or any other file - where the pulldown menu can be hidden initially until needed?

A: You can hide the menu onload
