Q: We create the menu code via ASP, and we need to have 2 menus on one page. Normally you do this by having 2 java scripts includes.

However it looks like the bottom menu activates the first menu?


A: Now you have two entries of dmenu.js file on your site in the tag.
You must have only one entry of dmenu.js file.
You should write so:

Q: There is the possibility in the menu that an item has access control, that is is visible or not depending of the user?


A: You can use Javascript API and write your own code.

You can use

dm_ext_changeItem (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, iParams)
to disable your items or

dm_ext_changeItemVisibility (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, visibility)
to hide your items.


Q: One intern design a menu for us using MenuTuner that we bought however Menu doesn’t work in Firefox or netscape.
It works fine in Internet Explorer.
Can you help? I’m attaching the zip file which you can extract and open index.html to see what’s wrong.


A: Try to specify units in "px".

It's necessary to specify exact value for Mozilla browsers. It helpsto position menus correctly.

You should set this parameter:
  var tmenuHeight = "auto";
