A: You're able to use Javascript for each item, for example:

  var menuitems = [
["item text", "javascript:your_code_here"]
];

Unfortunately, you can't assign onmouseover/onClick event to each item.
However, you can achieve this by using standard html objects within items, for example:

  var menuitems = [
["<div onClick='your_code_here'>item text</div>", "index.html"]
];

Unfortunately we don't have such example.


Q: Is there a way we can add javascript behaviors to the sliding dhtml menu actions?
For example, is there a way we can add an onClick function to a menu item
(eg,onClick="return MyFunction( )" ) so that we can catch and process key events?

A: Unfortunately, you can't assign onmouseover/onClick/onContextMenu event to each item.
However, you can achieve this by using standard html objects within items, for example:

You can use your own Javascript code instead standard links. For example:

Q: I used your trial version. In my application, I need one column of submenu to be displayed, all other columns should be closed.


A: You should adjust the following parameters, for example you should write so:

  var transDuration=350; //Delay of a transitional effect (in ms) on submenu's showing.

  var transDuration2=200; //Delay of a transitional effect (in ms) on submenu's hiding.


Q: I'm trying out Deluxe Menu with my site, but I've hit a snag with alignment. My menu bar is located at the top of my page, in a 750px-wide div. I'd like to nest the nav menu in that div, but right-align it so the menus are stuck to the right side of the div. Is that possible with your menu system? If so, can you give an example of how I would accomplish it?
