  • Apply any font of any color, size and font decoration you need. Use any available type, color and thickness of a menu's frame. Choose any color for submenus and items backgrounds.
  • Set the size of the menu in percent, pixels, or other units. This menu may have a relative (it can be inserted into the table, for example) or absolute position .
  • Specify various values for spacing and padding for the whole menu and for each separate submenu.
  • You can specify a time for delays in showing or hiding of a submenu. Use special prefixes for image paths and links to make paths absolute.

Q: Hello, I am interesting in purchasing your product, but first I need to know if it is possible to call a JavaScript function from the menu.  I have read the FAQ and noted where it lists that you can perform an alert call, and that worked on my end as well, but when I attempted to call a function I created I could not get it to respond.  Is it possible to call a function from your menu?  Could I get an example?


A: You can write your own functions within menuItems, for example:

Q: If you use firefox this displays fine, in IE it seems to add cell padding around the bottom & right edge of the dhtml image menu. Cant see it in the code anywhere.

A: Set the following parameter:

  var shadowTop=0;



Q: Javascript menu software copyright info is not accepted by Firefox..

A: Try to change ' to ".

Q: Thank you for your quick service. Question for you, in the templates java expanding menu - Standard Tree Menu. There is an option to search by Index and also word query. When I bring the Template up I dont see this option on the sample menu. I'm I missing something or do I need to add it. If I need to add it can you explain to me how to do it.

A: You are able to paste any html code within java expanding menu items.
