Q: Javascript menu frame Borders are present Firefox but missing in IE7, IE8, Google Chrome, Safari.

Firefox shows the borders ok.

A: You've set the following parameters in this menu:
  var menuBorderColor="#FF9191 #FF7837 #E10000 #952D00 ";
  var menuBorderWidth=3;
  var menuBorderStyle="";

You should specify style for your border, for example:
  var menuBorderStyle="solid";

See the attached example. I cannot notice such issue on Safari forWin. Write what version you're using.

Change also
  var fontStyle=["normal 8pt Verdana,normal 8pt Verdana","normal 8pt Verdana,normal 8pt Verdana"];
to
  var fontStyle=["normal 8pt Verdana","normal 8pt Verdana"];

Q: I bought today and followed the procedure to download and install the same. It seems, Calender option is not available in the downloaded javascript menu generator package. Do I have download anything separate for that? Would you please let me know as soon as possible.

A: We haven't added Calendar in Deluxe Tuner.You can find it in the installed package:

C:\Program Files\Deluxe Menus\сalendar\



Q: I have tried various different ways,I cannot get a separator image I have specified in the Separators section to display for the navigation-bar-menu. I have verified that the image exists, but still nothing.

A: To add a separator you should

Q: .How customizable is it style in for dhtml navigation, meaning, i have images i want used for the top level navigation, and background images for the rest. any way I can achieve this?

A: Actually you can create any menu with Deluxe Menu. You can use Individual Styles tocreate your menu.
