Q: I'm having a problem with the new v3.9.2 javascript menu source. The drop-down submenus are now going "up" instead of "down".
I've tried the conversion steps in your email and I have even rebuilt the menu from scratch in v3.9.2. In the Deluxe Menu Preview window, the drop-down sub-menus behave properly - transitioning down below the horizontal menu. But it FireFox3, IE7 and Chrome the submenus appear above the horizontal menu.
Also... the transition effect (24 - Alpha Blend) only appears in IE7 - it is not evident in FireFox3 or in Chrome.
A: Set the following parameter:

Transitional effects are features of Internet Explorer 5.5+ only.

A: You can close the popup using the following function:document.getElementById('win').hide();
Unfortunately it won't work if you use iframe as window content.
You open another page in the popup (in Iframe) so you cannot access
document.getElementById('win').hide();
element which is situated on the first page.
When you use text or object_id as window content the content of the popup will be situated
on the same page so you can access document.getElementById('win') element and hide it.
There is a workaround for Iframe.
Use text as content type and add the following code inside popup:

You should create menu items in the Deluxe Tuner and specify link and target for each item, for example:

No, you should do it manually in Deluxe Tuner (or any text editor).Q: The problem that I am still experiencing (Im sure I have missed something obvious!) - is that all the pages open when you click on the relevant links but they always open with the "About Us" tab showing and then as soon as you click on a different tab you see it highlight for a second and then it just reverts back to the About Us tab even though the page has changed. As the site opens I obviously want the first tab to be highlighted as opposed to the 2nd one and the each page highlights and holds as you go through the menu.

You should change the selected tab depending on the page you are now.
This Tabs menu can save pressed item automatically within1 page only. If you open another page, the menu can't remember presseditem. You should do that manually using Javascript and menu parameters( var bselectedItem) or using any server-side script (php, asp, etc.)
Deluxe Tabs doesn't support API functions which can return theselected tab.
If your site is written on PHP you can set "bselectedItem" parameter based on your link beforeyou call tabs-kasper.js file.
For example, move "bselectedItem" parameter from tabs-kasper.js file to yourcode.

You should define seltabs using server side script.
You can also set on every page before you call tabs-kasper.js file(for example, for solution tab).
