Q: The submenu pop is appearing above the menu instead of the bottom again even though I have set the following parameter   var subMenuVAlign="bottom";

A: Use new engine files and set the following parameter:

  var subMenuVAlign="top";



Q: I have a question, why sample 2 item in my horizontal dropdown menu is disable?


A: To disable items you should set item target parameter as "_".

For example:

Q: A few of my users have reported issues with the menu like the one below. Where the drop down menu is just a white box with a little scroll bar in it. Can you please let me know how I might correct it or what is wrong? We are using version 2.4.


A: I've just checked your website. It works fine.

You can have such effect when the page entirely was not loaded yet. So, images were not loaded yet.

If you don't want to have such effect you can try not to use back images for the submenus.


Q: I just bought a developer version but I am having troubles using the javascript rollover menu which is shown right above an embedded flash movie. Although i followed the instructions on the website, i experience major problems using Opera 9.2.0 and Firefox 2.0.0.15.

A: Check that you've set opaque parameter to <object> and <embed> tags.
