Q: I am having a lot of trouble trying to get the menu to work properly. I want to make sure that I get it working before I make the licesning purchase.

The menu is to be CSS based but while I have the main menu somewhat in location, none of the settings are correct. Can you help?


A: See, the problem is that the script can't get css properties of the object if they are described in separate .css block (or file).
To get the value you should move .css style into style="POSITION: relative;" attribute.

Please, try to add your
css file -> inline css

Try to write so:
<DIV id=if-navbar style="POSITION: relative;">


Q: I have published on a test page you can see herebelow a test with the javascript pull down menu.

With IE, it works fine, the menu is displayed over the flash animation.

With Firefox, the flash animation disappears and comes back if I mouve the mouse out of the menu.

I have read the FAQs, but I can not see any document on this. Can you help me in understanding and solving the problem ?

A: You should add opaque parameters to OBJECT and EMBED tags.

Q: Ok, please disregard my previous email, it was IE 8! I went back to IE 7 and everything is fine.

I do however got requests to speed up the javascript treeview action (of my 2 out of 2 customers thus far on your menus).

Is there a setting to make it go faster?
