  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. Q: I have a problem with the Menus I bought. When there is a flash file on the page the submenu javascript always goes behind the flash.
How do I fix this?

A: To overlap your flash file you should add opaque parametersto your flash, for example:

Q: Please identify the parameter I need to set to produce ... Tree menu items start out as normal text , then Bold text for tree menu items on the onmouseover event . After mouse out, text returns to normal.


A: Unfortunately, Deluxe Tree doesn't have such a feature. You should addthe following code in your data file:

Q: I am now running the newest version, all ok. A new client wants to have submenus openFor the left hand menu navigation that I purchased, can I choose what dhtml tree menus will be expanded or collapsed when the user first comes to the webpage for the first time?

For instance, right now, when the user first goes to the page ALL of the menus are collapsed. If I wanted the first and third tree menus to be expanded and the others to stay collapsed when a new user first went to the page, how would I accomplish that?

A: You can expand some items by default.
Add '+' sign before items text in that case:

Q: I want to have the pop up window display as you mouse over an image/link - is this possible?

A: For example you want to open a popup onMouseover, onClick or
onMouseout on a link.

So, you should create a link on your page and set id="" for it, forexample:
