Q: I would like first to thank you for your products.
I downloaded the trial script and it's ok except for Hebrew or Right To Left languages.
Do you have a solution for this issue ??
A: You can use right-to-left languages the same way as in standard htmlcode.
Set "dir=rtl" for <html> tag.
Try that.
Q: If need to make changes do I need to replace all the files and folder and script in all the web pages? Or are there just one or two files that need to be replaced? Which files or folders?
A: You need to change only your data.js (by default) file. It is thefile with your menu parameters.
Then you should upload this file on your server and may be add somenew images. That is all.
Q: I'm just trying out your trial version of deluxe menu with the menu tuner for a current website I am building. But I don't know how to use a template for a menu. Could you please guide me in the right direction as soon as you can??
A: Unfortunately we don't have step by step tutorial now. We'll try tocreate it in the nearest time.

1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner application.
You can create any menu as you like in Deluxe Tuner.
You can use ready to use templates. I'm sending you package with alltemplates. Just open data file in Deluxe Tuner.
Add items and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" onthe main window.
You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"window.

You should also copy all engine files

into "deluxe-menu.files/" folder. You should place this folder in thesame folder with your index. html page.
Q: I have notices that using IE7 on a W2K3-R2 browsing your page I can't see the javascript collapsible menu, it happened in our development as well.
A: Your browser has JavaScript option disabled.
It means that no one JavaScript element can be run.
You should to enable JavaScript in IE:
Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom level... -> Scripting -> Active Scripting = Enable
