Q: I was looking for a feature to reverse the order of items added dynamically to the drop down html menu
I'm not sure where to find it or how to go about getting this new feature incorporated into my code.
Could you please help me and tell me where to go next?
A: To add your items dynamically in the specific position you should usethe following function:
dm_ext_addItemPos(mInd, smInd, iParamsArr, Pos)
where Pos - the position in the menu where you want to add new item(starts with 0).
Check that you have dmenu_dyn.js file in the same folder with dmenu.js
file and set
var dynamic=1;
parameter.Q: I am in the process of evaluating the deluxe-menu product V3.2.7.16 and have created a simple HTML using the deluxe-menu Vista Style #6. This works great and displays with the animation in IE and also using FireFox V2 with IE tabs.. However, in basic FireFox and Safari, the javascript menus display but without the swirling animation. Pls advise !!
A: Filters and transitional effects are features of Internet Explorer5.5+ only.

Q: How can I add a separator to the vertical menu using the dynamic functions?
It seems as though the only way to get a separator into the menu is by defining itbefore hand, but the website I'm building will require me to reload themenus dinamically, and I'm losing the ability to put separators on it.
A: You should add items using the following function:
function dm_ext_addItem (menuInd, submenuInd, iParams)
or
function dm_ext_addItemPos (menuInd, submenuInd, iParams, Pos)

Q: In DHTML Menu, is possible call javascript when click on an item without close the javascript pop up menu ??
I would update a content subitem with ajax when click on a item, but when click the mouse on the item the menu is closed.
I can't use the showByClick property because i use popupMode=1 .

A: In Deluxe Menu you can use the following parameter:
Parameter: smHideOnClick
hides submenus on click
0 - disabled, 1 - enabled.
var smHideOnClick=0;
