  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. To see all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automatically scrolled! Q: I am a web designer and considering purchase of your product. I have downloaded a trial dhtml menu version, but no image files were created. Other programs I have tried exported html, js file, & image files. What's the deal?

A: I'm not sure I understand you.

You should create your menu in Deluxe Tuner app (you can also usetemplates). Then you should save your menu as .js file (click "yes" tosave all files for the menu). You also can save your menu into htmlpage.



Q: I'm wondering if you can use the Link Item of the Deluxe Menu to have ASP code, similar to yoru FAQ below, only replacing the Javascript with ASP?

Q: I want to use Javascript instead of usual links for menu items. How can I do that? A: To do that you should add a function word "javascript" in the URL field of an item, e.g.:

Q: Now I experiences a problem with the Danish letters in my java menu scripts! I have changed the letters in the scriptfile - but this does not work Have we a problem with Danish letters like: ø, å, æ?

A: Please, check that you've set "Tools/Use utf8 encode".

Notice that you should have UTF8 charset on your page too:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html" charset="UTF-8">

You can also use another charset on your html page and open your data file in text editor, enter thissymbols and save data file in the way you save your html page.
Notice that you should turn off "Tools/Use utf8 encode" setting inorder to open your data file correctly in Deluxe Tuner.
