Q: I bought today and followed the procedure to download and install the same. It seems, Calender option is not available in the downloaded javascript menu generator package. Do I have download anything separate for that? Would you please let me know as soon as possible.

A: We haven't added Calendar in Deluxe Tuner.You can find it in the installed package:

C:\Program Files\Deluxe Menus\сalendar\



Q: We have a problem with the submenus going cross-frame.
Whenever there is a webpage from another website in the content/target-frame the frameset twists and all the pages are shown in the topframe. A lot of the information on our web is in office word-files and when they are opened in the content/target-frame the same cross-frame-problem happens. Is it only possible for the sub-menus to go cross-frame when one of our own webpages is shown in the target-frame?

Notice, the menu will work correctly in the cross-frame mode if you load pages into the sub frame from the same domain.
If you load pages from another domain submenus won't be shown in the subframe - they will be shown in the frame with the top-menu.
It's caused by a security policy of browsers - a script can't modify a content of pages from another domain.


Q: We're working on new website and including your html menu systems.
Here's what we're trying to do and it keeps giving us an error (using MS Frontpage for development):

1) We have created a single leftnav menu that will appear on all of the pages of our website.

2) We've created an html page called leftnav.htm that is only this menu. It works just fine when we preview within Frontpage. The leftnav.htm and all the menu .js files are in a unique folder within the site.

3) We then have a template page that is the base template for many of the pages on our website. There is a layout table in this template into which we do an Includepage to bring in the leftnav.htm. When we try to preview this page with the menu included, we get a script error that says "Object expected" on line #155 (the .js file only has 154 lines of code).

We're stuck. Is there a problem with how we're trying to implement the html menu systems?


A: It is possible that you'll have an error in the Frontpage's preview.
Try to open your page in browser. If you'll have the same error,please send send us a copy of your html pages (including .js files) and we will check it.


Q: I want to remove the "Loading...", message when using AJAX to load pull down menu nodes. This is because it does not fit in with my colour scheme and sometimes it stays there when no more nodes are loaded.

A: Open dmenu_ajax.js file in any text editor.
Find and delete the following words:

visibility="visible";
