Q: Two questions. First I get a "Error! Skin Load!" popup when my onmouseover popup window loads.
I see references to "skin.js". Is this supposed to be generated?

Secondly.

I am being really dense. I would like to use Deluxe Popup Windows in response to a mouse click on a picture. So far with deluxe Menu, I just put a statement like this:

where I wanted the menu to show up. The web page loads and the Deluxe Menu displays.

I have managed to make the onmouseover popup window appear by using that code, the web page loads and the popup loads (with the skin error).

I know how to get a larger picture from a smaller one like this:

A: See, to install Deluxe Popup Window you should call two .js files onyour page:

Copy deluxe-popup-window.files folder and deluxe-popup-window.js fileinto the same folder with your html page.

To open your window on mouse click you should do the following things:

Q: The idea is that when you click the button of the menu,
the box that holds the menu links opens like normal, but Instead of having the written links inside the drop down box,
I want to have an item like an image or a search box or some other type of independently running script inside the dhtml xml menu.

Q: The only remaining problem I see is that the html popup menu appears in slightly different positions depending upon where your mouse touches the icon.

Is there a way to make the menu position absolute in respect to the icon? I have tried playing with the menu item parameters that seemed related with no success.

A: See dm_popup() function parameters:

return dm_popup(menuInd, pause, event, x, y)
menuInd - index of the menu on a page, >= 0.
pause - determines the time when the html popup menu will be hidden.
event - constant. Do not change.
x, y - optional. Set these parameters if you want the menu to appear in the specified place.
In other case the menu will be shown in the mouse position.

Q: My website team is still having difficulties creating the top menu navigation that I desire. Would it be possible to have a conversation with you to discuss what I desire for the top menu navigation?
