  • Build right-click menus for your site. For this purpose you should appoint a peculiar method for the object you want. The current X,Y of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the context menu.
  • Design menus absolutely based on CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). It is possible to apply the personal CSS styles for every elements of the menu.
  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. To view all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automagically scrolled! Q: I am trying to install a search engine on my site and am having trouble due to my use of your tree-menu system, which I love by the way.  I really need to find a compatible script that will search your javascript menu system, or at the very least search another file with mirrored links.  I DO NOT want to add the links to each page, this is why I love your menu's, there is one central location to change navigation statewide.

Do you know if there is a search script that can do this( js, php) or is there a way to make your javascript tree menus accessible to the search engine?


A: You can generate search engine friendly code.
Deluxe Tree is a search engine friendly menu since v2.4.
To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:

To generate such a code use Deluxe Tuner application.

Q: I try to use the javascript menu popups to show an image; then when the mouse is over the image I dynamically generate a panel of http links. It works perfectly, but the problem is that I would like to do the same with several images (for instance 2) and different links : I'm not able to do that, whether I change the value of menuItems   var or not, I display the same link values on both images (it seems menuItems is a global   var and can be set only once).

Have you heard about this problem and could you give me a solution (this is a bit urgent, I have sold this solution to my customers) ?

A: See how you should call dm_popup() functions:

Q: Is it possibly that menu dynamic remembers the last action if I go to previous page?(so the menu stays fault out)
I know TreeMenu does this, but I want to use DeLuxeMenu

A: Deluxe Menu doesn't save state as Deluxe Tree.

But you can set pressed item on each page with Deluxe Menu using
dm_ext_setPressedItem () funtion.

Q: Is it possible to dynamically generate new popup window"on the go"?
We want several popups to appear. We have tried to automagically assigna random name, but without success, the show() command kills the commands and just redirects.


A: You can do it in two ways:
1) Call different data files with DIFFERENT winID:"window1"!

2) Call only one data file and use deluxePopupWindow.open() function to open your windows:
