  • Apply any font of any color, size and font decoration you need. Use any available type, color and thickness of a menu's frame. Choose any color for submenus and items backgrounds.
  • Set the size of the menu in percent, pixels, or other units. This menu may have a relative (it can be inserted into the table, for example) or absolute position .
  • Specify various values for spacing and padding for the whole menu and for each separate submenu.
  • You can specify a time for delays in showing or hiding of a submenu. Use special prefixes for image paths and links to make paths absolute.

A: To add a separator you should

(you can do it in DeluxeTuner, use "Add separator" button),

Q: I have just purchased your menus and no matter where I place the code, the pull down menu in javascript always appears in the top left of the page, I need it elsewhere obviously but it simply won't move.. How do I do this?

A: You're using absolute position for the menu now. You should userelative position in that case. Change the following parameters:

  var absolutePos=0;
  var posX="0px";
  var posY="0px";

Q: Java sub menu not working after upgrade to deluxe menu 3.0. Please check.

A: See, you've set the following parameter:

  var transparency="0";

That is mean that your submenus will be transparent. You won't seethem.

Try to set another value, for example:

  var transparency="100";



Q: Is there any way to call a javascript function on mouseover from a menu item?

A: You can use your own javascript functions in the menu items.

You should paste "javascript:some_function()" into item's link field, for example:

  var menuItems = [
["text", "javascript:your_function(...)", ...]
];

  var menuItems = [
["item text", "javascript:alert('Hello World')", , , , ,]
];

Unfortunately, you can't assign onmouseover/onClick event to each item. However, you can achieve this by using standard html objects within items, for example:

  var menuitems = [
["<div onMouseover='your_code_here'>item text</div>", "index.html"]
];
