A: Unfortunately, it is really so, you cannot use sound in Deluxe Menu.

Q: Does your menu html javascript support Arabic language fonts?

A: Actually you can use any letters in the menu.
Please, check that you've set "Tools/Use utf8 encode".
When you save your data file in UTF8 you should use the same encoding on our html page.
So you should write:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

If you don't want to use UTF-8 encode on your page you should turn off"Tools/Use utf8 encode" property, save your data file and manuallychange your letters in any text editor.

Q: For the dhtml tree that I purchased, can I choose what menus will be expanded or collapsed when the user first comes to the webpage forthe first time?

A: You can expand some items by default.
Add '+' sign before items text in that case:

Q: I've browsed your product, and I'm trying to determine if there is an existing template that would support a vertical flyout menu, where the static menu is one button, but when clicked on, it lays out 5 additional buttons in a straight line horizontally to the right of the static button. Is this feasible to create with your product with relative ease, and if so, what's the easiest way?
