Q: One question. I'm working on my site and I'm wondering why the background images disappear for a while after hovering over them, then reappear after a while.
Can you tell me how to stop this from happening?


A: ow you have such parameter:

  var itemBackColor=["#FFFFFF","#4792E6"];

The second color is the mouseover background color.


Q: I would like to setup a menu that is Horizontal at level 1,Horizontal at level 2, then vertical from then on. Can your system handle this?  Even if I need to manuallytweak something that would be fine.

A: Unfortunately, the menu can't do that. You can only set theorientation for the top-menu and its submenus.

Q: And when purchase online can I download the java script for drop down menu immedielty after purchase? Or how do I get the product?


A: We don't send the product on CD/DVD. After the ordering is completeand ShareIt (Regsoft) has it verified (which can take approximately 24 hours), you'll get your license info.


Q: It looks as though I should be able to have an icon before each item in the sub-menu in javascript tabs, but I don't seem to be able to get thisto work.

A: You can use icons before each item in the sub-menu.
You should use the following parameters:

- set icon in the "Item Parameters" window.
- set the width and height of this icon
