Javascript Menu. DHTML Menu.

  • Create contextual menus for your pages. For this purpose you should assign a special function for the object you want. The current coordinates of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the contextual menu.
  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. To see all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automatically scrolled! You can also specify height and width for each separate submenu.

Q: There is a default gap between two collapsible javascript menu buttons. Suppose the two menu are "Company profile" and "Service", there is a default gap between those tow , it is not taking the specified space( for example I am putting 2px gap but it is taking a default gap) Please suggest me the solution for the same.

A: You should use new parameter in the data file:

Q: I would like to know how to define separator on itemstyle or how to show separator on menu items.

A: You should set a separator in the menuItems, for example:

Q: I have been working with the trial package for the last couple of days, of which I have been really impressed with. However there have been a couple of things that have frustrated me greatly...

The natural place that I first tried was replacing the "content1" line with a direct URL in the   var bmenuItems section but this made no difference at all. I am also trying to work out what each set of "" equate to as I have found a couple of pages on the Internet very similar to this but none of them have nine different sections.

A: You can't assign links in Dhtml Tabs when you're using   var tabMode = 0;.
You can assign only the object's ID of <div> on your page.

Try to set   var tabMode = 1;
and use links for your items.


Q: Is there any way to change the font size of the secondary and tertiary links but yet have a different font size for the primary links?


A: You can use different font style for each link on each level.
You should use Individual Item Styles.
Please, use Dhtml Tuner application to create individual styles.
