Please, use Deluxe Tuner. In the "Item parameters" window you can set text, link, target, iconsfor the menu items.


Q: I am trying to update a website using a deluxe-menu, but I do not understand the instructions for inserting it into a framed site. I have everything working, and the menu is on the page. I just cannot figure out how to make the submenus appear in another frame.

The website makes it sound like I need to alter the data.js file, but I do not have any programs on my computer that will allow me to do so.


A: You can open your data.js file in any text editor and add such linedm_initFrame("frmSet", 0, 1, 0); instead of dm_init();

Q: I have a question, why sample 2 item in my horizontal dropdown menu is disable?


A: To disable items you should set item target parameter as "_".

For example:

Q: I fixed that problem, but if you look at the website, I have the first 2 links in the javascript sliding menu set to show up in the mainframe but nothing happens. When I open deluxe menu on my computer, it also shows that I have the third link set up to show in the mainframe too but when I upload it to the website, it acts like it's not pointing to any file/url
