A: You're able to use any characters for Deluxe Menu in the same way asyou use them for standard html page.

The only issue is that submenus can be shown in incorrect positionwhen you're using dir=rtl for your page.

  var dmRTL = 0;
Set this parameter to 1 if you're using right-to-left direction of html page <HTML dir=rtl>.

Use also
  var smViewType = 2;
for right-to-left languages.

This examples demonstrates how the menu can change a submenusdirection. Use   var smViewType parameter to change a submenusdirection:

  var smViewType = 0..3;

Values:
0 - from left to right;
1 - from left to right + upwards;
2 - from right to left;
3 - from right to left + upwards;

In Deluxe Menu when you call data .js file you can try to specify the encoding:

Unfortunately, you can't use arabic characters in Deluxe Tuner application.You should manually correct your code.


Q: Is there a way to create a vertical menu in which the sub menus "fly out" to the left of the main menu?


A: Yes, it is possible.
To create vertical menu you should set

Why of showing submenu you can set so:

  var smViewType=2;


Q: When my page loads up, there is a flash for about a second of all the text that is used in the java menus. This looks really bad to visitors like I am using hidden text on the page. Is there a way to prevent this flash of text?

Q: The spacing between each item of the top horizontal dropdown menu is uneven but I don't know why.

If you highlight them all it becomes more obvious.

It is almost as if the space after a 2 word link is twice the space after a one word link or else the total space after each link is related to the number of letters in the link.

For example the space after 'Discounts' is greater than the space after 'Home' but the space after 'Envelope Printing' is even greater.
