Lets say, Item 1 expanded, Item 2 not expanded, anyway, it should look like I select it in the ITEMS program window.
Now it is exanded completely or not, like I use the switch in the common parameters.



A: You can expand some items by default.
Add '+' sign before items text in that case:

Q: I am using cross frame menu dropdown. I have three frames: Top, Left and main (middle).

I am using the script and data from your sample file; it works fine. Only problem is submenu is offset to the right. It does not show up exactly down below the top menu.

What could be the problem?

A: Deluxe Menu doesn't work correctly (incorrect submenu position) if youhave complex frame structure.

The problem is in a structure of your frameset.
Mozilla browsers can't determine absolute coordinates for a frame, so submenus drop down with an offset.

You should create, for example, the following frameset structure:

--|------------
   | menu
--|------------
   |
   | submenus
   |

Now a top row has 2 columns and all browsers can determine a width of the 1st column in the second row.

You should write init function in the following way in that case:
dm_initFrame("mainframe",1,3,0);



Q: Does dropdown menu javascript supports right to left languages?

A: Yes, Deluxe Menu support right to left languages, set the following parameter:

  var dmRTL=1;

Specify also align for your items:

  var itemAlignTop="right";
  var itemAlign="right";

Q: I would like to know how to put items in on multiple lines for the horizontal navigation
(i.e. create a line feed), how do I tell my code to start a new menuitem on the NEXT line?

A: There are 2 ways to do that:

1) set

  var noWrap=0;

2) use <br> tags, for example:
